Coconut Yogurt Parfait
1/2 cup coconut yogurt (unsweetened)
1/4 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp flax seeds or chia seeds
1 tsp honey or pure maple syrup (optional)
In a bowl or glass, layer coconut yogurt with fresh or frozen berries.
Sprinkle flax seeds or chia seeds on top for added fiber and omega-3s.
Drizzle with a bit of honey or maple syrup if you want some sweetness.
