Spicy Roasted Chickpeas
1 can chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the chickpeas dry with a towel to ensure they get crispy.
Toss the chickpeas in olive oil, cumin, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the chickpeas are crispy and golden.
Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
