Veggie Sticks with Coconut Yogurt Dip
Carrot sticks, cucumber slices, or bell pepper strips
1/2 cup coconut yogurt (unsweetened)
1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt, pepper, and a pinch of turmeric for flavor
A crunchy and refreshing snack with a healthy dip!
Slice your veggies into sticks or strips.
In a small bowl, mix coconut yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and turmeric to make the dip.
Serve the veggie sticks with the yogurt dip on the side
